Introduction

AltraPay is a non-custodial and decentralized fintech platform that provides technical infrastructure enabling users to conduct transactions via blockchain networks or through trusted external providers.

Nature of Service

  1. AltraPay provides technology services only and is not a bank or financial institution
  2. We do not hold user funds
  3. We do not manage or control transactions
  4. We do not have access to private keys

Users are fully responsible for their financial decisions.

Wallets and Private Keys

  1. Users are solely responsible for securing their private keys
  2. Users are responsible for managing their wallets
  3. Users bear all risks of loss, theft, or unauthorized access

⚠️ AltraPay cannot recover private keys or access funds under any circumstances.

Blockchain Transactions

  1. All transactions are executed on blockchain networks
  2. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  3. Transactions cannot be modified, stopped, or reversed

Provider-Based Buy & Sell Services

  1. Services are provided via globally licensed and trusted providers
  2. Providers hold full responsibility for these operations
  3. Identity verification (KYC) may be required
  4. AltraPay does not control provider policies or decisions

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transactions

  1. AltraPay provides technical infrastructure only
  2. No custody of funds
  3. No control over transactions

Users are responsible for:

  1. Choosing the counterparty
  2. Verifying the transaction
  3. Confirming completion

Escrow Services (Smart Contracts)

  1. Fully executed via blockchain smart contracts
  2. No centralized custody of funds
  3. No control by AltraPay
  4. Transaction confirmation is performed by users

Disputes
